How did you find your property Erin?:
I saw it on Facebook and couldn't resist seeing this unique property myself, I called the realtor handling the property and immediately fell in love with it.
What was the best part of the process of buying your home?
To be honest, this was my first time buying a home and making such a huge investment...and it was the easiest, smoothest experience I have ever had, thanks especially to Shannon who took the time to go step by step with me. When one step was completed, she followed with what the next step of the process was. I also have to give cudos to Mark Nicholson, delightful and especially to the sellers who were gracious enough to share all the love and hard work that they put into their home. They can rest assured it will be cared for and filled with as much love as they put into it. Shannon and Mark truly made this a fun adventure and I will always remember to convey that when someone asks me to recommend a Realtor.
